| Please sign up to book your airport pickup . You will then receive an email activation to access the booking portal. If you do not receive an email activation, please check your junk mail. |
| To make changes of your arrival details after your booking is confirmed (excluding students under the age of 18 years old), you can simply log-in and update the details yourself on the portal. |

This changes must be made at least 2 business days prior to your current booking.

| Students under the age of 18 years old must contact isarrival@rmit.edu.au for any changes of your booking or last minute booking. |
| Please note that last minute airport request or booking is not guaranteed. Your airport pickup request must be submitted at least five business days prior to your arrival date. If you submit less than five business days, we cannot guarantee that your airport pickup will be arranged. |
